Job description - Hardware and Network Engineer

The candidate should be proficient in the following areas:

Good experience in troubleshooting in Windows 7, Windows 10 and Window 11 operating systems
Knowledge of Windows Server Installation or atleast basic setup is an added advantage
Configuring email clients and backing up mails
Installation and troubleshooting issues related to common softwares such as MS Office, Tally, Antivirus to name a few.
Configure all types of printers and troubleshoot printing issues.
Assembling and installation of computers, replacing RAM, Hard Disks and Displays in laptops
Knowledge of crimping / punching, network testing and configuring basic level router and switches is a must.

Other requirements:

Driving license with two wheeler is a must.
Expected to visit client sites within Coimbatore city limits
Any diploma and above. Additional certification will be considered as an advantage
Resident of Coimbatore or willing to relocate.
Handle troubleshooting calls over telephone and remote sessions

Salary:	Rs.18500 - Rs.22000 based on experience. Traveling allowance as per company rules. Personal Accident Policy and Festival Bonus are available.
